Statute

1. Senetic sells products from the sector of network equipment, server equipment along with their options and software solutions.

2. The purchasing entity may be constituted by a physical person conveying entrepreneurship activity or a legal person or an organisation unit which does not posses legal form. We do not sell our products to physical individuals nor such who do not convey entrepreneurship activity.

3. Orders for Microsoft Licences submit by our Microsoft MOLP configurator (http://www.senetic.com/microsoft/). Order for Adobe products submit by our Adobe configurator (http://www.senetic.com/adobe/). Other orders may be placed by phone or email.

4. The ordering entity will be informed of the fact of the acceptance of the order for execution.

5. In particular cases Senetic reserves the right not to accept the order to be executed (for instance due to the lack of products within the warehouse or at the distributor's warehouse).

6. All products offered by Senetic are free from any physical or legal faults.

7. Each of the sold products is sold on the basis of the VAT invoice.

8. The ordered goods are provided with the application of courier companies.

9. The following forms of payment are possible:
a. Wire transfer on the basis of the issued Pro-forma invoice,
b. When collecting the delivery upon prior arrangement with Senetic,
c. Commercial loan - only for permanent partners or after the completion of 2 previous transactions with the down payment option,
d. Commercial loan for budget based units.

10. All of the Senetic offers are prepared based upon the very day calculated ECB currency exchange rate. The invoice will be issued in accordance with the actual currency exchange rate as of the day of the transaction. In the case of the settlement of the payment based upon a pro-forma invoice, it will be calculated in accordance to the currency exchange rate as of the date of the issuing of the invoice. There exists the possibility for the payment in foreign currency.

11. All of the goods offered by Senetic, if are not subject to visible labelling as second hand or refurbished, are brand new, free of any physical or legal faults.

12. All of the products possess manufacturer's, importer's or seller's warranty.

13. All of the new and refurbished goods are encompassed with the standard shop warranty. Second hand products are encompassed with 90 day seller warranty (Senetic).

14. Senetic puts their utmost effort in order for the descriptions and technical data of the products placed within the offer to be compliant with the real status. Nevertheless, we do not bear any responsibility for the wrong provision of parameters and characteristics of the goods, or for their sudden change by the manufacturer.
