How can I renew my Office 365 subscription?

After we receive your payment, the subscription will renew automatically and will be active for another year.

How can I check the expiration date of my subscription?

Subscription term is specified on the invoice. You can also contact us - we will let you know the subscription expiration date.

Will I be informed about the expiration of my subscription?

Yes. 30, 15 and 7 days before the license expires, you will receive notifications. The last one will be sent to you on the subscription end date.

What will happen if I do not renew my subscription?

The subscription will be suspended on the end date. You will be able to use the read-only version of Office for 90 days. After that time, the saved data will be deleted.

Can I renew my subscription earlier?

Yes, it is possible. After you pay pro forma invoice, you will receive a VAT invoice on the subscription renewal date.
